admin Last night, the 2010 Teen Choice Awards were taped in the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, and reports show that the Twilight series and its cast scored big at the event (which will aired on FOX yesterday at 8:00 p.m. EST).
For starters, as a duo, Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart won “Choice Movie: Liplock” and “Choice Movie: Chemistry” for their work together in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
They also won several individual awards, including “Choice Movie Actress: Fantasy” and “Choice Summer Movie Star: Female” for Kristen Stewart and “Choice Movie Actor: Drama” (for his work in Remember Me) and “Choice Summer Movie Star: Male” for Robert Pattinson.
Taylor Lautner also got his fair share of recognition at the TCAs, taking in “Choice Movie Actor: Fantasy,” “Choice Male Hottie,” and “Choice Smile.”
Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene, meanwhile, were the “Choice Scene Stealers” for the female and male categories, and Rachelle Lefevre did indeed pick up her “Choice Movie: Villain” win.
The Twilight Saga: New Moon was picked as the “Choice Movie: Fantasy” winner, while The Twilight Saga: Eclipse won “Choice Summer Movie.”
The final win for the Twilight series at the TCAs was the “Most Fanatic Fans” award . . . which went to us, Twilight fans.

At this point, we may end up seeing The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawnas a surfer movie. The Teen Choice Awards were held last night (the ceremony that, for some reason, hands out surf boards), andThe Twilight Saga once again rules the school.
The vampire phenomenon got all the usual wins forNew Moon, plus a whole bunch more because these guys think up awards for everything: Liplock AND Chemistry for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart (because, apparently, one lust-based category isn’t enough), Male Scene Stealer (Kellan Lutz), Female Scene Stealer (Ashley Greene), Villain (Rachelle Lefevre), and any award in the Fantasy category: Choice Movie, Choice Actor (Taylor Lautner), and Choice Actress (Stewart). Oh, but that’s not all. Before Eclipse gets to compete next year, the Ceremony handed the film Choice Summer Movie Star nods for both Pattinson and Stewart, plus Choice Summer Movie. And there’s more. In special categories, Lautner won Choice Smile and –surprise, surprise — Twi-hards won for Most Fanatic Fans.
But since things are broken up by genre, there were many, many other awards to give out. Basically, if the Oscars had an awards list this big, the ceremony would be a month long. You can probably imagine most of them, though some goodies make it in as well. And don’t try to understand the yearly constraints – New Moonwas all over the place, but Toy Story 3 got in there as well. Hit the jump for the rest of the lucky surfers.
